Astellas Pharma Inc, Tokyo, and XenoPort Inc, Santa Clara, Calif, released preliminary top-line results from a phase 2 clinical trial of ASP8825/XP13512 for treatment of moderate-to-severe primary restless legs syndrome (RLS).
